You may request a return within 30 days of placing your order.
Please note:
- Returns can only be initiated after the product has been delivered.
- Requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and attached.
- Products with a perfume scent or hair on them
- Trying on items is allowed; wearing them beyond fitting is not permitted.
- All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping fees, customs duties, and any related charges.
- Orders placed in multiple sizes or variations with the intent to return part of the order are not accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Returns are handled via our international fulfillment partners. - Ship the item back at your own expense.
You are responsible for all shipping and any associated customs costs. - We strongly recommend using a shipping method with track & trace, as you remain responsible for the return shipment.
4. Refunds
- Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
- If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Liability
- We are not responsible for lost return shipments without valid tracking confirmation.
- If tracking confirms delivery, the return is considered received.
- Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
- Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
6. Important Notes
- Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
- We reserve the right to deny refunds if items are returned used, damaged, or incomplete.
